Genres at all times have been damaged, after all. They’re, as with every different type of human-invented categorization, arbitrary. The notion of labeling any particular sport as one “sort” is inherently nonsensical, all artwork current on an infinite spectrum, the boundaries of labels drawn totally subjectively.
