Darksiders 4 announced at THQ Nordic showcase

THQ Nordic and Gunfire Video games are formally delivering the fourth Darksiders sport, and this time, each Horseman is right here. Darksiders 4 was revealed throughout Friday’s THQ Nordic showcase, promising an all-new action-adventure set in an apocalyptic model of Earth that picks up where the original Darksiders game left off.

Darksiders 4 will function a well-known mixture of third-person motion and exploration, traversal, and puzzle-solving in what THQ Nordic describes as a “lore-rich post-apocalyptic world.” All 4 of the Horseman — Struggle, Demise, Fury, and Strife — are playable in Darksiders 4, both in single-player or cooperative play.

The brand new Darksiders would be the first mainline entry within the franchise since 2018’s Darksiders 3, which starred Fury and borrowed gameplay parts from the Metroidvania and Soulslike genres. Developer Gunfire Video games has been fairly busy with the Remnant sequence since then, however they’re again on board. Darksiders 4 doesn’t have a launch window, however is confirmed for PlayStation 5, Home windows PC, and Xbox Sequence X.
